Pork Chop Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    4 thin sliced boneless pork chops, trim fat
    1/2 medium size sweet onion, sliced thin
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    dash of pepper
    3/4 pkg. dried mixed fruit
    1 large potato
    2 c. chunks of cabbage
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and onion lightly in oil.
    Add potato, cut in chunks, cabbage, cut in chunks, apple juice, vinegar, pepper and dried mixed fruit.
    Simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 2 generously for one-dish meal.
    Serve with salad and Italian bread or rolls.
