Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    3 cans Campbell's chicken broth
    1 pt. half and half cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1/4 c. chives (optional)
    popped popcorn (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add chicken broth; stir until lumps are gone.
    Add half and half.
    Add cheese, Cheez Whiz, and Worcestershire sauce.
    Let it simmer; stir occasionally until all cheese is melted.
    Pour in beer 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chives or popcorn if desired.
