Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried baby lima beans
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. salt (or less)
    3 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    Cover and soak beans in water overnight.
    Pour out that water. Rinse and cover with cold water and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Boil about 30 minutes.
    Pour off water.
    Rinse under hot water and put in casserole.
    Mix together and add the remaining ingredients.
