Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large crescent cylinders
    1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. milk or more
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    fresh veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green onions, celery, etc.
Preparation
    Roll out and press crescent rolls, seams together, on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
