Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
    1 lb. cherries (red or green)
    1 c. flour (for nuts and fruit)
    3 to 4 c. nuts
    2 1/3 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. pineapple
    3 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 225\u00b0 for 3 hours.
