Strawberry Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    3 c. water
    1 pkg. wild strawberry gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Cook rice in water until tender (20 to 30 minutes).
    Drain, reserving water.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot rice water.
    Then combine gelatin, sugar, warm rice and pineapple.
    When partially set, add whipped cream.
