Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. mushroom stems, diced
    1 small box frozen spinach
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing)
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms, cutting off stems.
    Saute onions and stems in butter.
    Cook sausage and drain.
