Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large butterfly pork chops
    sliced onions
    green peppers
    1 can tomato sauce, mixed with 1/2 can water
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops; place in casserole and top with vegetables, sauce and seasonings.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
