Lemon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pkg. lemon gelatin
    4 c. boiling water
    12 oz. lemonade
    1 (8 oz.) carton nondairy topping
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemonade.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add topping and beat until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill overnight.
    Serves 16 to 20.
