Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chickens, quartered
3 small onions, sliced
Preparation
-
In a 1-quart saucepan, melt butter.
Add garlic and saute. Add next 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup of water.
Heat to boiling. Stir.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir.
