Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
3 slices bread, crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Fry sausage until brown and drain.
Grease large baking dish. Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into dish.
Put in fridge overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve this with croissants, jams and jellies and fresh fruits.
