Texas Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 lb. sausage
green peppers, chopped (to taste)
4 eggs, beaten
4 slices cheese
Preparation
-
Fry potatoes until tender.
Fry sausage while potatoes are cooking.
After potatoes and sausage are cooked, layer sausage over potatoes.
Pour beaten eggs over sausage and potato layer.
Cover and let cook.
When eggs are cooked, add green peppers on top of eggs.
Put cheese slices on top of green peppers.
Cover and let cheese melt.
Recipe can be doubled.
