Feather Light Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water (cold)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Have shortening at room temperature.
    Cut into flour and salt. Add egg and vinegar.
    Add cold water.
    Chill if you wish.
    Never stretch the crust when fitting in the pan.
