Feather Light Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water (cold)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Have shortening at room temperature.
Cut into flour and salt. Add egg and vinegar.
Add cold water.
Chill if you wish.
Never stretch the crust when fitting in the pan.
