Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 lb. (12 medium) potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. butter or margarine

Preparation

Cook and mash the potatoes.
Blend in rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
