Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mushrooms soup
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped olives
    3 lb. hamburger
    lots of onion
    1 pkg. tortillas
    chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, cut into chunks
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. stuffed green olives
    3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. each: thyme, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken; remove from pan.
    Add the onion, garlic and green pepper; cook until tender.
    Return chicken to pan.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, until the chicken is tender.
