Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix all together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in each
    foil liner muffin cup.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake 25 minutes in 325\u00b0
    oven.
    Top with Comstock cherries or leave plain.
