10 Minute Szechuan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 bunch green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Toss in cornstarch.
    Heat oil and add chicken and garlic.
    Stir-fry until browned.
    Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes.
    Add green onions and cayenne and heat 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings at 221 calories each.
