Corn Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. fresh corn
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    2 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
    Serves 6.
