Three-Day Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; stir in milk, flour, sugar and melted butter or margarine.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold into mixture.
    Pour from 1/4 cup into greased and preheated griddle or electric skillet (use 380\u00b0 setting on skillet).
    Bake until surface is bubbly and edges are dry.
    Turn and bake on other side.
    Makes 16 pancakes.
    Serves 4 to 8 people.
