Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
chocolate kisses

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except candy kisses.
Blend at low speed to form a stiff dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Press a candy kiss down firmly so cookie cracks.
