Banana Milk Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-large banana
    1 c. cold skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel banana and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Wrap in foil and freeze.
    Put milk, vanilla and frozen banana pieces in blender container.
    Blend until smooth.
    Yield: 2 servings.
