Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. ground nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 piece butter
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix the first six ingredients and spread in greased 8 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients until butter is melted and pour over date mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
