Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped apples (peeled)
Preparation

Beat together oil, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add the flours, salt and soda.
Add chopped apples last.
Bake in a loaf pan for 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
