Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, hard-boiled
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 whole black peppers
    1 whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    1 garlic clove
Preparation
    Peel eggs and put into a quart jar with tight fitting lid. Put vinegar and other ingredients into saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Strain and discard spices.
    Pour hot liquid over eggs and put lid on tightly. Refrigerate for 2 days for best flavor.
