Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    3/4 c. hot water
    3/4 c. frozen orange juice, mixed with water
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Place on bottom of mold a thin layer of sliced peaches or mandarin oranges (canned and drained).
    Add a small amount of clear jello to cover and let jell, then add rest of jello mixed with pineapple.
    Garnish with mandarin oranges.
