Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 6 tablespoons of cold water.
    Add 1 cup hot
    water;
    let
    cool.
    Add
    pineapple,
    lemon
    juice and sugar; let thicken.
    Use
    1/2
    of
    the
    Cool
    Whip;
    mix
    with pineapple. Break
    angel food cake in small pieces.
    Put layer of cake and layer
    of
    mix into large, round glass dish.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight, then turn on dish.
    Cover with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
