Ham, Potatoes And Carrots Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ham, cubed
    2 1/4 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. minced onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ham in skillet.
    In 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of ham, potatoes, carrots and onions until all are used.
    Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour on milk mixed with mushroom soup.
    If needed, add more milk. Cover.
    Bake for 60 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake 15 minutes longer, until potatoes are done.
