E-Z Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 whole chicken, cut up
 
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken
1 c. broth
2 cans biscuits
Preparation
- 
                            Boil chicken in enough water to cover.
 
Remove chicken and cook vegetables in broth.
Mix deboned chicken, vegetables and 1 cup of broth with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
In separate pan (casserole dish), layer 1 can of biscuits on the bottom.
Add chicken mixture and top with other can of biscuits.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
