Orange Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jello orange flavored gelatin, 4 serving size
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    8 oz. finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually blend into gelatin.
    Pour gelatin mixture into mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Unmold.
    Serve as an appetizer with crackers.
    Garnish with parsley and carrot curls, if desired. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
