Pasta With Tomatoes, Herbs And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 plum tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. fettucine or angel hair
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, chives, parsley, garlic, oil, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
    Boil pasta.
    Drain; rinse with cold water.
    Pour sauce over pasta.
    Warm before serving.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
