Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Mix crumbs and butter.
Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan to form crust.
Cream the cheese until smooth. Beat eggs slightly with 1/2 cup sugar.
Add pineapple, flour and vanilla.
Blend eggs and cheese mixture.
Pour into crust and bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Top with cherry filling after cooling.
