Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. Minute Rice
Preparation

Butter a large pan.
Mix all liquids together and pour into buttered pan.
Sprinkle rice over liquids.
Put onion soup mix over the rice.
Place salted and peppered chicken on top.
Cover with heavy foil.
Bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Remove foil. Return to oven and brown lightly.
