Hearty Meat Ball Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. regular oatmeal
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients and form 8 large meat balls. Place in a round 2-quart casserole.
Combine the remaining ingredients to make the sauce and pour over the meat balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
