Jerry'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless rump roast
    meat tenderizer
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. red wine or cooking wine
Preparation
    Use tenderizer according to directions on label.
    Mix salt, mustard, garlic salt and pepper and rub on roast.
    Mix the catsup, Worcestershire and wine; pour over roast.
    Can place roast in baking bag which is floured and pricked as directed, then pour catsup mixture over it.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 until desired doneness.
