Volcano Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix pecans, margarine and coconut and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix with vanilla according to directions on box.
Pour this over pecan and coconut mixture.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix well and drop by tablespoon on top of cake mixture.
Do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
