Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine chunks, flour and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add cheese and mix well again.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Add crushed crackers to melted margarine and mix well.
    Spread over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    (I add a little of the pineapple juice to the mixture, about 1/2 cup.)
