Cheesy Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 c. soft fresh bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except Heinz 57 sauce and brown sugar.
Blend and spread in microwave baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High 18 to 20 minutes.
Uncover and brush on mixture made from Heinz 57 and brown sugar.
Microwave on Low five more minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
