Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 (7-oz.) jars marshmallow cream
    2 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt 3/4 c. margarine and marshmallow cream in pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
    Beat potatoes, marshmallow mixture, eggs and milk at medium speed in batches until smooth.
    Spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Melt 1/3 c. margarine and brown sugar over medium-low heat.
    Stir in cereal and pecans.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
