Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg
6 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Blend flour, shortening and salt as for a pie crust.
Mix vinegar, egg and cold water.
Blend with other ingredients and roll out thin to fit a large baking dish with crust left hanging over the sides of baking dish.
