Mock Sour Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    4 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth and creamy.
    Transfer mixture to a serving container.
    Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    This will keep up to two weeks.
