Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked turkey or chicken giblets
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 pt. broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. broth
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    On low heat, place cooked turkey or chicken giblets and eggs in 1 pint of broth.
    Combine flour with 3/4 cup broth.
    Add. Pour milk into mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir constantly until gravy is thick and smooth, about 8 minutes.
