Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boned chicken, cut into pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye broccoli florets
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown the chicken in the oil until cooked; about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli, broth and soup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
