Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    3 eggs plus 2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. skim evaporated milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla together.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add milk, flour, baking powder and salt to first mixture. Beat 2 additional minutes.
    Grease and flour pan.
    Pour into tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
