Aunt Leanne'S Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 to 2 c. beef bouillon
    1 can green beans
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 potatoes, bite size
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    soy sauce to taste
    1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute meat in soy sauce and garlic powder.
    In big cooking pot, melt butter, 1 cup beef bouillon and 1/4 cup red wine. Bring to a boil.
    Add flour with wire whisk, whisking until sauce is thickened.
    Lower heat; add meat, carrots, potatoes, green beans and cinnamon stick.
    Bring back to a boil; cover and simmer until veggies are done.
    Makes 6 servings.
