Microwave Hot Deli Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 French rolls (3 oz. each), split lengthwise and toasted
mayonnaise
1/4 lb. sliced cooked beef, turkey or ham
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
4 thin slices tomato
4 thin slices onion
4 thin slices green pepper
2 (3/4 oz. each) slices Cheddar, Colby or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Spread insides of rolls with mayonnaise.
Layer the bottom half of each roll with the meat, sprouts, tomato slice, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and cheese.
Add top half of roll.
Place both sandwiches on a paper towel lined plate.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 3 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is warm to the touch, rotating plate once during cooking time.
