Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. corned beef
2 bay leaves
1 onion, quartered
4 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 tsp. dill weed
12 whole allspice
water to cover

Preparation

Place in roasting pan at 350\u00b0. Baste frequently. Bake 2 to 3 hours.
