Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into julienned strips
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fill a saucepan with water.
    Add carrots. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
    Drain and dry on paper towels. Return to saucepan.
