Cheese Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 slices Velveeta cheese
    small to medium minced onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Defrost broccoli.
    Put in a casserole pan.
    Add onion; saute in 1/2 cup butter.
    Salt and sprinkle uncooked rice; spread soup, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes (covered).
    Uncover; stir together, then place cheese slices on top.
    Put back in oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
