Apple And Berry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

3 medium apples, cored and diced
2 c. blackberries, raspberries or gooseberries
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
5 slices of bread, cubed
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
3/8 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix apples, berries, water and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil, add tapioca.
Mix milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and bread cubes. Pour fruit mixture into oiled 8 x 12-inch pan.
Gently spoon milk-egg-bread mixture over fruit to make a separate layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0, about 50 minutes.
