Pickle Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 dill pickles, split in half
Preparation
    Combine beaten egg with onion, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salts and pepper.
    Add ground beef and mix well.
    Divide beef mixture into 6 portions and shape around the pickles into patties.
    Broil 3 inches from the heat for 6 minutes. Flip burgers and broil 4 to 6 minutes more.
    Serve in toasted buns.
